Rules and Regulations

The Business America, International and Women in Business & Profession Awards competition is organized by PR and Corporate World of Silicon Valley Communications in the United States of America. These award programs are by organizers of Info Security’s Global Excellence Awards, Information Technology Hot Companies and Best Products, Business America Awards and Product Innovations Awards

Rules and Regulations

Eligibility
All for profit and non-profit organizations and their PR agencies from all over the world are eligible to submit entries.

Language
All entries must be submitted in English language only. We cannot accept entries in any other languages.

Entry Fees
All entry fees must be paid in US$ only via the online submission forms. Entry fees may differ per category and will gradually increase with approaching deadlines. A late fee will automatically be charged for all late submissions received after the final submission date. No refunds will be made once entries have been submitted and an official receipt automatically issued through the submission system.  

Submissions and Deadlines
All entries must be submitted online only and by the deadlines specified. All nominations received become the property of the organizers for promotional or publishing purposes. Entrant will continue to own copyright of each entry and its content.

Supporting Material and Information
Keep your content simple, brief and interesting. Avoid writing fluffy or over exaggerated claims. Keep your entries modest and focus on just a few key accomplishments. All the content needed must be submitted through the online submission form only. It is not mandatory that you provide us any URLs to supporting documents, but it is in your interest to do so, because all judges will be given access to the online links.  

Do not mail us any printed supporting material or additional information. Do not mail us any samples of the products or services being nominated.

Categories
Categories may be revised without any notice. New categories may be added or existing categories may be modified or removed at the sole discretion of the editors of PR and Corporate World. At least one Award will be conferred in every category that has at least one Finalist. But at the sole discretion of the editors, finalists in one or more categories may be consolidated together without any advance notice and only one winner announced from the consolidated finalists. The decision of the editors of PR and Corporate World will prevail in the event of any dispute as to the category in which an entry(s) will be judged. Multiple winners may be announced in any category or sub-category at the sole discretion of the editors of PR and Corporate World.  

Sponsorships
Only a limited number of sponsorships will be accepted on first come first serve basis.

Preliminary Judging
Preliminary judges will be recruited from worldwide and will volunteer to judge each entry as per the score guidelines provided to them. Preliminary judges from companies that have also submitted their entries will not be eligible to score their own entries. No substitution or transfer of prizes are permitted. All restrictions apply. Each entry is reviewed by the editors of PR and Corporate World to ensure that all the eligibility requirements have been met.

Awards Banquet
All fees and personal expenses incidental to redemption of prizes (as deemed necessary) will be the responsibility of the entrants.

Shipping Fees
Winners and finalists who are not represented at the awards banquet to accept their awards plaques, trophies, or certificates will be required to pay a shipping fee for the shipment of their awards. The shipping fees will be as follows:

  • US$50 per Plaque or Trophy if shipped to within USA address
  • US$200 per Plaque or Trophy if shipped to outside USA address
  • US$15 per Finalist certificate if shipped to within USA address
  • US$50 per Finalist certificate if shipped to outside USA address

Publication of Winners
All nominations received become the property of the organizers for promotional or publishing purposes. Entrant will continue to own copyright of each entry and its content.

Press Releases and Award Logos
A press release template will be provided to all the finalists and winners. A copy of the awards logo will also be provided to the finalists and winners. 

Correspondence and Mailing Address
All correspondence pertaining to these awards must be emailed to nominations [@] goldenbridgeawards [dot] com or mailed to Golden Bridge Awards, Silicon Valley Communications, 560 South Winchester Boulevard Suite 500, San Jose CA 95128 United States of America

Cancellation or Suspension
Organizers reserve the right to cancel or suspend the competition should any cause beyond the control of organizers affect the administration, security, or proper operations, or for any other reasons deemed appropriate, at its sole and absolute discretion.
Failure to comply with these Rules and Regulations will render your entries ineligible and entry fees will not be refunded.
